We are a home-based baking enterprise. All of our pies are made using local ingredients whenever available. We have tried to keep our pies as traditional as possible... they will probably taste very much like the pies your mother made. No surprises. We started out making apple pies, now we offer more choices, and our children have other favorites. If there is a pie you want but don't see, ask about it. Seasonal fruits make for the best flavors, meaning some pies may not be available year-round. We are able to make some using fresh-frozen fruit. We also have specialty holiday pies. Even though we are a pie company, we also offer some breads, muffins, and cookies. |
