Our seeds are officially planted for this spring/summer’s specials and we are back in the bakery all week getting ready for this week’s Easter specials.

This creamy, dense, pie is a hallmark of Italian Easter Sunday. It’s delicious at breakfast, lunch, or for dessert. Made with none other than Jersey Girl Cheese fresh Ricotta Cheese.
Italian Meat Pie
Our version of a Pizza Rustica. Fresh Salami, Capicola and sopressata, topped with roasted red peppers, eggs, fresh parsley, provolone, and mozzarella from Jersey Girl Cheese.
In addition to our vegetable quiches we have a very special quiche for you this week. Sausage, Egg & Cheese. We took the trip all the way up to the Grazery in New Paltz to pick up a giant wheel of Sharffe Maxx. Owner Greg who chose the cheeses for our Mac & Cheese Pie did not disappoint again. This quiche will leave your mouth watering again with this quiche. The sweet sausage for this pie comes from our friends down the road at Sweetmans Farm.
